Welcome to Interweave Lancaster PA!
Interweave is a membership organization affiliated with the UUA, dedicated to the spiritual, political, and social well-being of people who are confronting oppression as lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender persons, and their heterosexual allies; and facilitates the celebration of the culture and the lives of its members.
Beginings
Following this, a core group of individuals formed a chapter of Interweave. Interweave is a Unitarian Universalist affiliate organization open to all interested persons. Its two primary goals are the creation of local groups for gay, lesbian, and bisexual Unitarian Universalists for support, socializing, and sharing of life issues, and outreach to the larger gay, lesbian, and bisexual communities to publicize the religious alternative offered by Unitarian Universalism.
Meetings
Interweave meets the 4th Sunday of every month at 1 PM, hosted by the Unitarian Universalist Church of Lancaster. Located at the corner on West Chestnut & North Pine. 538 West Chestnut Street Lancaster PA.
